Your written estimate, invoice, or installation agreement controls if it provides different or more specific warranty terms.
Installation workmanship
PowerSafe Houston warrants that installation labor will be performed in a professional manner. If an installation-related workmanship issue is reported during the applicable warranty period shown on your invoice or installation agreement, PowerSafe Houston will inspect the installation and correct covered workmanship defects at no labor charge.
Equipment and battery coverage
Battery backup equipment, power stations, cables, and other components are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty. PowerSafe Houston will provide reasonable assistance identifying the product and supporting a valid manufacturer warranty claim. Manufacturer repair, replacement, shipping, and eligibility decisions remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, overloading, improper storage, or operation outside the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Damage caused by flood, fire, lightning, surge events, pests, impact, extreme environmental conditions, or other events beyond PowerSafe Houston’s control.
- Changes, repairs, wiring modifications, relocation, or disconnection performed by someone other than PowerSafe Houston.
- Normal cosmetic wear, expected battery capacity reduction over time, or refrigerator performance problems unrelated to the backup installation.
- Loss of food, business interruption, loss of use, or other incidental or consequential losses, to the extent allowed by law.

Call or text 832-905-1671 or email [email protected]. Please include your name, installation address, approximate installation date, and a description or photo of the issue.
Service access
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the installed equipment and refrigerator area. If an inspection shows that the issue is not covered, optional service may be offered at the customer’s approval before chargeable work is performed.
