What should I do during an outage?

Leave the system connected and avoid plugging additional appliances into the refrigerator backup unless PowerSafe Houston has approved the load.

How long will my refrigerator run?

Runtime varies with refrigerator size, age, temperature, battery state of charge, and how often the doors are opened. Systems are designed for up to 24 hours under appropriate conditions.

How do I request service?
